Meta's part is Meta's published rate card for India. Our platform fee is the one on our pricing page. Both are kept in one place, so this calculator and the pricing page always agree.
Sending does not need a plan: you pay Meta's rate plus a small fee per charged message. Plans add features such as more team seats and automations; they are listed on the pricing page.
When a customer writes to you, a 24-hour window opens. Your replies inside it are not charged by Meta. Outside it, you need an approved template, which is charged by category.
Yes. GST applies to the full amount invoiced for each message, Meta's part and the platform fee together.
An estimate for planning, not a quote. Meta may revise its rates and bills in its own currency where applicable; your invoice follows the rates in force when each message is delivered.
